If you would like to return any other item apart from our Lingerie a return form will be inside your package to send it back to us

All UK customers can use our free returns sticker label to send back to us for FREE at any Royal Mail Post Office counter.

All international customers please email us for our warehouse address to send back to us - You will need to pay the postage to return your order to us. 

Please note: Returns take 14 days to be processed, you will be notified by email once we have received your return in our warehouse to be processed.
